摘　　要：高压大口径管线球阀是LNG接收站气化外输的关键设备,长期以来一直依赖进口,成为制约LNG接收站建设的技术瓶颈之一。为解决以上问题,依托某接收站工程,根据相关标准,从设计、制造、试验方面进行了管线球阀的关键技术研究,并从厂家资质、生产能力、质量控制能力及技术保障方面进行球阀国产化探讨,最终完成国产化应用,为国内其他LNG接收站高压大口径管线球阀国产化提供借鉴。High-pressure and large-diameter pipeline ball valves are the key equipment for the gasification exporting of LNG receiving station,and have been relied on importing for a long time,has become one of the technical bottlenecks which restricts the construction of LNG receiving station.To solve above problems,relying on a receiving station project,study on key technology of pipeline ball valve is conducted from the prospects of designing,manufacturing and testing according to the relevant standards.Ball valve localization discussion are followed from the aspects of manufacturer qualification,production capacity,quality control ability and technical support,and the localization application of ball valve is finally realized,and technical guidance for the localization of high-pressure large-diameter pipeline ball valves in other domestic LNG accepting station is provided.
