摘  要:隔膜式差压液位变送器安装方便,结构简单,因而在石油化工行业应用广泛。针对隔膜式差压液位变送器测量不准确、仪表使用寿命短的问题,通过对差压变送器的安装方式、静压限制、填充液及隔膜密封件等的分析,给出了工程设计中的选型方案及注意事项,提升了测量精度及耐用性,并提出电子配对式相较传统隔膜式差压液位变送器的优缺点。通过采用合理的变送器选型方案,为工程应用提供有效的数据支持。Differential pressure diaphragm level transmitter is widely used in the petrochemical industry because of its easy installation and simple structure.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate measurement and short service life for differential pressure diaphragm level transmitter.Through the analysis of the installation method,static pressure limitation,filling liquid and diaphragm seal and others of differential pressure transmitter,the scheme for type selection and precautions in engineering design are provided.The measurement accuracy and durability are improved.The advantages and disadvantages electronic pairing type with comparison to traditional differential pressure diaphragm level transmitter are presented.Valid data support will be provided for the engineering application through adopting reasonable transmitter type selection.
