摘  要:化肥废水水质复杂,深度处理技术中物理法和生物法难以取得良好的效果。针对化肥企业零排放的目标,比较了絮凝、Fenton、臭氧(O_(3))、Fenton-O_(3)和Fenton-聚合硫酸铁(PFS)体系5种不同高级氧化工艺不同条件(剂量、时间)对化肥废水的COD_(Cr)的氧化处理效果进行筛选。结果表明:反应时间为5 min的传统絮凝工艺的出水COD_(Cr)质量浓度最低(19.59 mg/L),满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ类水标准,COD_(Cr)去除率最高,成本最低(0.065元/t)。基于Fenton反应的组合工艺的COD_(Cr)处理效果不如传统Fenton体系。该研究有望提供一种处理化肥废水的有效途径。The quality of fertilizer wastewater is complicated,and it is difficult to obtain good results by physical and biological methods in advanced treatment technology.Aiming at the goal of zero discharge of chemical fertilizer enterprises,the oxidation treatment effects of five different advanced oxidation processes including flocculation system,Fenton system,ozone system,Fenton/O,system and Fenton-PFS system on CODc of chemical fertilizer wastewater under different conditions(dosage and time)were compared and screened.The results showed that the traditional flocculation process with reaction time of 5 min had the lowest effluent CODc value(19.59 mg/L),the highest CODc removal rate and the lowest cost(0.065 yuan/t).The CODc treatment effect of the combined process based on Fenton reaction is not as good as that of the traditional Fenton system.The research is expected to provide an effective way to treat fertilizer wastewater.
