摘　　要：产品分成合同(Production Sharing Contract)是国际油气业常见的一种合同模式,其根本特点在于油气资源国出让油气资源的勘探开发生产权,换取有资金、技术实力的外国投资者在资源国指定合同区域从事风险勘探,在获得商业性发现后参与开发生产,资源国与外国投资者按照合同规定分享产出油气。After signing the product sharing contract,the contract contractor shall invest funds in the risk exploration of earthquake and drilling in the designated contract area during the exploration period.If there is any commercial discovery,it may apply to the government of the resource country and/or the national oil company for development and production.When the“preemptive right”under the product sharing contract exists is the problem that needs to bestudied first.
