摘  要:换流变压器阀侧绕组承受交流、直流、谐波等复杂电应力,绕组在此电应力下容易产生局部放电。考虑高比例谐波分量的影响,有必要研究交流电压频率、幅值对油纸绝缘局部放电特性以及寿命的影响。本文作者以油纸绝缘针板电极模型为研究对象,基于脉冲电流法研究了交流电压频率和幅值对局部放电特性的影响,使用双参数Weibull分布分析了油浸纸板的击穿特性。结果表明,电压频率的增加使得高幅值放电增多,谱图形状更加陡峭且出现过零点前移现象;电压幅值的增加则会使低幅值放电增加;电压幅值、频率的增大均会使纸板绝缘寿命下降;随着纸板的电老化时间增加放电重复率呈逐渐上升趋势,放电量则整体下降趋势。The valve side winding of the converter transformer is subjected to complex electrical stresses including AC,DC and harmonics,the winding is prone to partial discharge under this electrical stress.Considering the influence of high proportional harmonic components,it is necessary to study the influence of AC voltage frequency and amplitude on the partial discharge characteristics of oil-paper insulation as well as on its lifetime.In this paper,the electrode model of oil-paper insulated needle plate is taken as the research object,and the influence of Ac voltage frequency and amplitude on partial discharge characteristics is studied based on the pulse current method.The results show that the increase in voltage frequency leads to an increase in high amplitude discharges and a steeper shape of the PRPD spectrum with a forward shift of the over-zero point.Also,an increase in voltage amplitude leads to an increase in low amplitude discharges.Meanwhile,the increase in voltage amplitude and frequency will reduce the insulation life of the cardboard.Last,as the electrical ageing time of the cardboard increases the discharge repetition rate tends to increase and the discharge volume tends to decrease overall.
