摘　　要：城镇网络是城镇功能组织在地域空间中的映射,探究其特征是城镇体系理论研究的重要内容,然而现有研究缺乏中观区县尺度下的实质性测度。研究以天津市武清区为例,借助手机信令数据构建城镇人流通勤网络,结合社会网络分析方法从整体、局部、个体三个层面分析网络特征,并进一步探究影响城镇人流通勤联系的主要因素。研究发现:(1)整体上武清区中心区域的城镇网络联系紧密,局部形成子群林立的集群发展态势,个体上各镇街节点在城镇网络中的地位差异较大,网络联系有待进一步提升;(2)地理邻近性、规模以上工业总产值、交通服务设施、医疗卫生设施能够显著影响城镇间人流通勤联系,交通便捷度越高、产业协同度越好、医疗卫生设施配置差距越大的镇街之间越容易产生联系。建议从提升交通能力、优化产业结构、健全公服设施三方面进行优化。Urban network is the mapping of urban functional organization in geographical space,and exploring its characteristics is an important content of theoretical research on urban system,but existing studies lack substantial measurements at the meso-county scale.Taking Wuqing District of Tianjin as an example,the research uses mobile phone signaling data to build a traffic flow network.It combines social network analysis methods to analyze network characteristics at three levels:overall,local and individual,and further investigates the main factors affecting urban commuting links.The research found that:(1)The urban network in the central area of Wuqing District is closely connected as a whole,and the local clusters of subgroups have formed,while the status of each town node in the town network varies greatly on an individual basis,and the network connection needs to be further improved;(2)Geographical proximity,gross industrial output value above the scale,transport service facilities,and medical and health facilities can significantly influence inter-town pedestrian flow and commuting connections,and the higher the convenience of transport,the better the industrial synergy,and the better the medical and health facilities,The higher the convenience of transportation,the better the industrial synergy,and the greater the gap in the configuration of medical and health facilities,the more likely it is that links will occur between towns and streets.It is recommended that three aspects of optimization be carried out:enhancing transport capacity,optimizing industrial structure and improving public service facilities.
