摘 要:为了实现矿井矸石不上井、提高主井净提升能力,设计将TDS智能矸选系统布置在井下,分析了TDS智能矸选系统的运行规律,研究其矸选巷道及硐室群布置形式,并对其平面布置、竖向布置进行详细论述,给出了TDS智能矸选巷道及硐室群支护方式和支护参数。在此基础上,结合三河口矿井生产系统实际情况,对井下TDS智能矸选系统巷道及硐室群布置进行了设计,为类似矿井井下TDS智能矸选系统设计提供参考。To improve the net lifting capacity of the main shaft,TDS intelligent coal separation system was deployed underground.The operation law of TDS intelligent gangue separating system was analyzed,the layout form of its gangue separating roadway and chamber group was studied,and its plane and vertical layout was discussed in detail.The support method and parameters of TDS intelligent gangue separating roadway and chamber group were provided.On this basis,combining with the actual situation of the production system in Sanhekou Mine,the layout of the underground TDS intelligent gangue separating system roadway and chamber group was designed,providing reference for the design of similar underground TDS intelligent gangue separating systems.
