摘  要:通过静态吸附与解吸实验,从7种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出对纽莫康定B_(0)具有良好吸附效果的树脂,结果表明HZ-816树脂对纽莫康定B_(0)具有良好吸附性能。HZ-816对纽莫康定B_(0)的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,热力学参数ΔG^(0)<0、ΔH^(0)<0、ΔS^(0)<0,说明该吸附为放热的物理吸附,吸附体系朝着自由能减少的方向进行。吸附动力学方程拟合结果表明,Lagergren二阶动力学模型更适用于描述HZ-816对纽莫康定B_(0)的吸附过程;同时HZ-816对纽莫康定B_(0)的吸附过程中颗粒内扩散为整个过程的控制步骤。The results show that HZ-816 resin has good adsorption performance on pneumocandin B_(0).The adsorption of pneumocandin B_(0)by HZ-816 conforms to the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation with the thermodynamic parametersΔG^(0)<0,ΔH^(0)<0 and ΔS^(0)<0.This indicates that the adsorption is exothermic physisorption and the adsorption system proceeds in the direction of free energy reduction.The results of ftting the adsorption kinetic equations showed that the Lagergren second-order kinetic model was more suitable for describing the adsorption process of HZ-816 on pneumocandin B_(0);meanwhile,the intraparticle diffusion in the adsorption process of HZ-816 on pneumocandin _(0)was the control step of the whole process.
