摘 要:为提高磷矿石和重晶石的利用价值,本文提出了酸碱中法和复分解法制备磷酸氢钡,再煅烧脱水缩合制备焦磷酸钡的新工艺。结果发现,氢氧化钡与磷酸反应过程中,不论是在酸性还是碱性环境中,产物均已磷酸氢钡沉淀形式析出。而在氯化钡和磷酸二氢钠的复分解反应中,在酸性条件下生成磷酸氢钡沉淀。用NaOH调节pH为碱性时,沉淀产物出现大量的磷酸钡钠,且pH越大,磷酸钡钠比磷酸氢钡更容易生成。磷酸氢钡煅烧过程中,300~600℃形成低温型焦磷酸钡,在700~900℃形成高温型焦磷酸钡,在600~700℃发生晶型转化。煅烧时间的影响实验表明,在700℃温度下煅烧磷酸氢钡20min可得到焦磷酸钡。In order to improve the utilization value of phosphate rock and barite,a new process of preparing barium hydrogen phosphate by acid-base method and double decomposition method,and then calcining,dehydration and condensation to prepare barium pyrophosphate was proposed in this paper.Results shows that in the reaction of barium hydroxide with phosphoric acid,the products were precipitated in the form of barium hydrogen phosphate in both acidic and alkaline reaction environments.In the double decomposition reaction of barium chloride and sodium dihydrogen phosphate,barium hydrogen phosphate precipitates were formed under acidic conditions.When the pH is adjusted to alkaline by NaOH,a large amount of sodium barium phosphate appears in the precipitation product,and the higher the pH is,the easier the formation of sodium barium phosphate is,compared to barium hydrogen phosphate.In the process of calcination,low-temperature barium pyrophosphate was formed at 300-600℃,hightemperature barium pyrophosphate is formed at 700-900℃,and crystal transformation occurred at 600-700℃.The influence of calcination time on the results showed that barium pyrophosphate could be obtained by calcining barium hydrogen phosphate at 700℃ for 20min.
