摘 要:脊柱结核(STB)是发展中国家肺外结核导致脊柱畸形的常见因素,严重影响患者生活质量。STB起病隐匿,临床症状不典型、发病机制不明,使得STB难以诊治。近年来,N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)甲基化修饰作为肺结核重要的发病机制受到广泛关注,但其在STB发病中相关报道较少。m^(6)A是信使RNA和非编码RNA中最丰富的转录后修饰因素,修饰动态可逆,且受到甲基化酶、去甲基化酶以及阅读蛋白的调控。m^(6)A甲基化修饰参与对病毒、肿瘤、细胞免疫、新陈代谢和生长发育等的调节,然而其在STB发病过程中的作用机制尚不明确。Spinal tuberculosis(STB)is a common cause of spinal deformities caused by extrapulmonary tuberculosis in developing countries,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.The insidious onset,atypical clinical symptoms,and unclear pathogenesis of STB make it difficult to diagnose and treat.In recent years,the methylation modification of N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has received extensive attention as an important pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis,but there are few reports on its role in the pathogenesis of STB.m^(6)A is the most abundant post transcriptional modification factor in messenger RNA and non-coding RNA,with dynamic reversible modification,and regulation by methylase,demethylase and reading protein.The methylation modification of m^(6)A is involved in the regulation of viruses,tumors,cellular immunity,metabolism,and growth and development,but its mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of STB is still unclear.
