摘　　要：围绝经期和绝经后女性常伴随卵巢功能减退,从而引发一系列更年期相关症状。绝经激素治疗可有效改善围绝经期和绝经后女性低雌激素造成的不良影响,对于围绝经期出现的肌肉骨骼方面的问题,激素治疗带来的积极意义则较少被关注。围绝经期激素治疗可有效保护并维持肌肉和骨骼功能,减少骨质疏松、肌肉减少症发生,缓解肌肉关节痛,防治骨质疏松导致的骨折等。因此,针对围绝经期女性制订个体化激素治疗方案对于肌肉及骨骼均具有保护意义。Perimenopausal and postmenopausal women often experience ovarian dysfunction,leading to a series of menopausal related symptoms.Menopausal hormone therapy can effectively improve various adverse effects caused by low estrogen in this stage of women.Less attention has been paid to the positive effects of hormone therapy on musculoskeletal disorders associated with perimenopause.Perimenopausal hormone therapy can effectively protect and maintain muscle and bone function,reduce the occurrence of osteoporosis and sarcopenia,relieve muscle and joint pain,and prevent and treat fractures caused by osteoporosis.Therefore,making individualized hormone therapy plan for perimenopausal women has protective effects on both muscles and bones.
