摘　　要：重金属元素在生活中无处不在,是人类生存环境不可缺少的重要资源,与人类健康密不可分,但其对人类环境的污染和破坏也尤为严重。近年来,生殖健康问题及不良生殖结局的发生率均呈上升趋势,但导致不良生殖结局发生的因素较多。环境破坏使人类接触重金属的可能性增加,许多重金属元素通过多种途径进入人体并大量积累,严重威胁人类健康。大量暴露于重金属元素中可能影响人类的生殖系统,导致生殖功能下降,进而影响妊娠结局。因此,全面了解重金属元素与生殖健康的相关性,可以为相关疾病的预防提供新思路。Heavy metal elements are ubiquitous in life,and they are indispensable resources for human living environment,which are closely related to human health,but their pollution and damage to the human environment are also particularly severe.In recent years,the incidence of reproductive health problems and adverse reproductive outcomes is on the rise.The factors that lead to adverse reproductive outcomes are diversified.The environmental damage increases the possibility of human exposure to all kinds of heavy metals,and many heavy metal elements can enter the human body through various ways and accumulate in large quantities,posing a serious threat to human health.Large amounts of exposure to heavy metals may affect human reproductive system,lead to the decline of reproductive function,and then affect the outcome of preg-nancy.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between heavy metal elements and reproductive health can provide new ideas for the prevention of related diseases.
