摘　　要：小儿厌食症是临床常见病症,对儿童的身体健康和智力发育造成很大影响,甚至还会导致儿童免疫力低下、佝偻病等,因此对小儿厌食症的干预尤为关键。西医多采用补充微量元素、使用促胃肠动力药物等方法治疗小儿厌食症,但无法从根本上纠正患儿厌食,停药后厌食症状易反复。针灸推拿通过刺激人体体表腧穴,达到祛除邪气、调畅气血运行、恢复脏腑功能的目的,以促进疾病康复,具有可行性好、安全性高、创伤性小、患儿依从性好等特点,故广泛应用于临床。Infantile anorexia is a common clinical condition that generally has a significant impact on children′s physical health and intellectual development,and can even lead to immune deficiency,rickets,etc.Therefore,intervention for pediatric anorexia is particularly crucial.Western medicine often uses methods such as supplementing trace elements and using gastrointestinal motility promoting drugs to treat anorexia in children,but it cannot fundamentally correct anorexia in children,and the symptoms of anorexia are prone to recurrence after stopping the medication.Acupuncture and moxibustion and tuina are widely used in clinical practice because it can eliminate evil qi,regulate the flow of qi and blood,and restore the function of viscera to promote the recovery of diseases by stimulating the acupoints on the body surface.It has the characteristics of good feasibility,high safety,less trauma,and good compliance of children.
