摘 要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种以胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足为特征的代谢性疾病,可导致糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病心脑血管病变等常见并发症。肠道菌群是由微生物群落组成的复杂生态系统,菌群失调可通过影响胆汁酸代谢、介导胰岛素抵抗及肠促胰岛素分泌而造成心血管、神经及代谢功能紊乱,引起T2DM及其常见并发症;通过应用益生元等方式调节肠道菌群可达到延缓和改善糖尿病慢性并发症的目的。因此,进一步深入研究肠道菌群与T2DM慢性并发症之间的关系可为揭示糖尿病慢性并发症病因及治疗提供新的思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disease characterized by insulin resistance and insufficient insulin secretion,which can lead to common complications such as diabetic nephropathy,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic neuropathy,diabetic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The intestinal flora is a complex ecosystem composed of microbial communities.Imbalance of microbiota can cause cardiovascular,neurological,and metabolic dysfunction by affecting bile acid metabolism,mediating insulin resistance and promoting insulin secretion,leading to T2DM and its common complications.Regulating intestinal flora by using prebiotics can delay and improve the chronic complications of diabetes.Therefore,further study on the relationship between intestinal flora and T2DM chronic complications can provide new ideas for revealing the etiology and treatment of chronic diabetic complications.
