摘  要:糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,长时间高血糖会引起一系列血管并发症。糖尿病的血管并发症可分为微血管并发症和大血管并发症,病理基础均是内皮功能障碍。胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)是一种生长激素,其负责细胞的生长、分化、增殖和存活,特别是在循环系统与内分泌系统中发挥重要作用,可影响代谢平衡、血管舒张及血管内皮细胞的凋亡和修复。IGF-1可以改善糖尿病病情,减慢其血管并发症的进展,但其具体作用机制和临床应用仍需深入研究,以为糖尿病及其血管并发症的预防、治疗提供新思路。Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,and prolonged high blood glucose levels can cause a series of vascular complications.The vascular complications of diabetes mellitus can be divided into microvascular and macrovascular complications,and the pathological basis is endothelial dysfunction.Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)is a growth hormone responsible for cell growth,differentiation,proliferation and survival,especially in the circulatory system and endocrine system,which influences the metabolic homeostasis,vasodilatation and vascular endothelial cell apoptosis and repair.IGF-1 can improve the condition of diabetes mellitus and slow down the progression of its vascular complications,but the specific mechanism and clinical application still need to be further studied to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its vascular complications.
