摘 要:妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者因高糖、缺氧、胰岛素抵抗等导致胎盘细胞功能、细胞外基质等改变,引起胎盘血管病变。非编码RNA(ncRNA)已被证明在GDM、胎盘血管病变中发挥重要的调节作用,包括微RNA、长链非编码RNA、环状RNA等。这些ncRNA可通过调控胰岛素抵抗、血管生成、炎症反应等机制,参与多种代谢途径的调控,对胎盘血管病变的发生和发展产生重要影响,但相关机制还在不断研究中。未来,进一步明确ncRNA调控GDM胎盘血管病变的具体机制,有助于加强对关键ncRNA分子的研究,为GDM胎盘血管病变诊疗提供新的思路和方向。The patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)can have changes in placental cell function and extracellular matrix due to high glucose,hypoxia,insulin resistance,etc.,which may cause placental vascular lesions.Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)have been proved to play an important role in regulating GDM and placental vascular disease,including microRNA,long non-coding RNA,circular RNA etc.These ncRNAs can participate in the regulation of multiple metabolic pathways by regulating mechanisms such as insulin resistance,angiogenesis,and inflammatory reaction,and have a significant impact on the occurrence and development of placental vascular disease,while the relevant mechanisms are still under continuous research.In the future,further elucidating the specific mechanism by which ncRNA regulates GDM placental vascular disease will help strengthen research on key ncRNA molecules and provide new ideas and directions for the diagnosis and treatment of GDM placental vascular disease.
