摘  要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是我国常见的慢性肝脏疾病,包括单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎及其相关肝硬化等肝损害,最终会进展为肝纤维化、肝衰竭,甚至发展为肝细胞癌。与非磁共振技术(如金标准病理活检、超声、CT等)相比,磁共振脂肪定量分析技术在检测肝脏脂肪含量方面的灵敏度和特异度均较高,且具有无创、无辐射、稳定性好、可重复检查等优势,可作为临床常规定量检测肝脏脂肪含量的技术,未来有可能替代病理学检查成为无创定量测量肝脏脂肪的金标准。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common chronic liver disease in China,including simple fatty liver,non-alcoholic fatty liver,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and related liver cirrhosis and other liver damages,which will eventually progress to liver fibrosis,liver failure,and even hepatocellular carcinoma.Compared with non-magnetic resonance technology(such as gold standard pathological biopsy,ultrasound,CT,etc),magnetic resonance fat quantitative analysis technology has higher sensitivity and specificity in detecting liver fat content,and has the advantages of non-invasive,non-radiation,good stability,repeatable examination,etc.,which can be used as a routine clinical technology for quantitative detection of liver fat content.In the future,it may replace pathology as the gold standard for non-invasive quantitative measurement of liver fat.
