中药足浴联合穴位按摩对舌癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的分析舌癌化疗患者施以穴位按摩联合中药足浴对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法78例舌癌化疗患者,随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,每组39例。对照组施以常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上施以穴位按摩联合中药足浴干预。对比两组癌因性疲乏程度及生活质量。结果干预前,两组癌因性疲乏程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,试验组癌因性疲乏程度重度3例(7.69%)、中度2例(5.13%)、轻度26例(66.67%)、无8例(20.51%);对照组癌因性疲乏程度重度13例(33.33%)、中度12例(30.77%)、轻度13例(33.33%)、无1例(2.56%)。试验组癌因性疲乏程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组物质状态功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,试验组物质状态功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分分别为(81.90±11.20)、(80.28±10.30)、(81.98±11.20)、(82.75±13.30)分,高于对照组的(70.15±11.70)、(70.68±10.25)、(71.75±11.30)、(71.57±12.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对舌癌化疗患者施以穴位按摩、中药足浴效果突出,在癌因性疲乏程度、生活质量方面优势明显,建议推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint massage on cancer-induced fatigue in patients with tongue cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 78 patients with tongue cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint massage and Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the control group.The severity of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the severity of cancer-related fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,in the experimental group,there were 3 cases(7.69%)of severe cancer-related fatigue,2 cases(5.13%)of moderate fatigue,26 cases(66.67%)of mild fatigue,and 8 cases(20.51%)without fatigue;in the control group,there were 13 cases(33.33%)of severe cancer-related fatigue,12 cases(30.77%)of moderate fatigue,13 cases(33.33%)of mild fatigue,and 1 case(2.56%)without fatigue.The severity of cancer-related fatigue in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in scores of scores of material status function,mental function,social function and physical function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of material status function,mental function,social function and physical function of the experimental group were(81.90±11.20),(80.28±10.30),(81.98±11.20)and(82.75±13.30)points,which were higher than those of(70.15±11.70),(70.68±10.25),(71.75±11.30)and(71.57±12.50)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint massage and Chinese medicine foot bath on patients with tongue cancer undergoing che
