摘　　要：目的分析在世界长寿市背景下的贺州基层医疗卫生机构急救资源现状调查情况。方法67家贺州基层医疗卫生机构,对其急诊科发放急救资源问卷调查,统计并分析急救人员与急救室构成情况、急救设备配备情况以及急救技能开展情况。结果贺州67家基层医疗卫生机构的600例急救人员中,医师学历中专科及以下占比最高,为71.7%;医师职称中住院医师占比最高,为64.0%;医师年龄≥46岁占比最高,为65.0%;急救室面积10~20 m^(2)占比最高,为83.6%。67家基层医疗卫生机构的心电监护仪、心电图机、气管插管镜和呼吸面罩及球囊相对齐全,但腰穿包、胸穿包、腹穿包配备较少,血透机、心肺复苏机、气管切开包及纤维支气管镜配备几乎没有,并且部分设备损坏严重却未及时维修或更换。67家基层医疗卫生机构对于心肺复苏、简易呼吸气囊通气术、清创缝合等基本急救技能均有开展实施,但对于气管插管术、胸腔闭式引流术、中心静脉穿刺术及心包腔穿刺术等较为复杂技术,大部分医院均未开展实施。结论目前贺州基层医疗卫生机构在急救资源方面均存在较多不足之处,为了改善现状,各级领导干部应高度重视急诊科的发展,加大资金投入,完善设备,规范服务行为,完善管理制度与人才配备,注重医生培训,科学合理布局,优化应急网络建设,逐步建立适应本院发展的应急医院管理模式,以此提高患者就诊率,促进医院长远发展。Objective To analyze the investigation of emergency resources of primary medical and health institutions in Hezhou under the background of world longevity city.Methods A questionnaire survey on emergency resources was distributed to the emergency departments of 67 primary medical and health institutions in Hezhou,to count and analyze the composition of emergency personnel and emergency rooms,the availability of emergency equipment,and the development of emergency skills.Results Among the 600 cases of emergency personnel in 67 primary healthcare institutions in Hezhou,71.7%of the physicians had the highest percentage of specialties and below in education,64.0%of the physicians had the highest percentage of residents in title,65.0%had the highest percentage of physicians≥46 years old,and 83.6%had the highest percentage of emergency rooms with an area of 10-20 m^(2).67 primary medical and health institutions had relatively complete electrocardiogram monitors,electrocardiographs,endotracheal intubations,respiratory masks and balloons,but few lumbar puncture kits,chest puncture kits and abdominal puncture kits,and hemodialysis machines,cardiopulmonary resuscitation machines,tracheal incision kits and fiberoptic bronchoscopes were almost unavailable,and some of the equipment was seriously damaged but not repaired or replaced in time.All 67 primary medical and health institutions in Hezhou had carried out basic emergency skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation,simple respiratory balloon ventilation,debridement and suture,but most hospitals had not carried out the implementation of more complex technologies such as endotracheal intubation,thoracic closed drainage,central venous puncture and pericardial puncture.Conclusion At present,there are many deficiencies in emergency resources in Hezhou primary medical and health institutions.In order to improve the current situation,leading cadres at all levels should attach great importance to the development of emergency department,increase capital investment,improve equi
