摘　　要：目的:观察自制冰袋外敷子宫体预防高危剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法:选取赣州市妇幼保健院2022年1月—2022年6月收治的高危剖宫产产妇60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组术后行常规干预,观察组术后行自制冰袋外敷子宫体干预。比较两组产后2 h与24 h出血量、产后出血发生率、产后切口渗血情况及切口疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]。结果:观察组产后2 h与24 h出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后出血总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口渗血情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后24 h VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高危剖宫产产妇采用自制冰袋外敷子宫体,可避免产后出血,减少产后出血量,缓解术后疼痛,预防切口渗血。Objective:To observe the effect of self-made ice pack on the uterus to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk cesarean section.Methods:A total of 60 high-risk cesarean section women admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention after surgery,and the observation group received surgery afterwards,the uterine body was intervened with self-made ice pack,and the amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum incision bleeding,and incision pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incisional bleeding in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group after 24 h of operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-risk cesarean section women can use self-made ice packs to apply external uterine body to reduce postpartum hemorrhage,avoid postpartum hemorrhage,relieve postoperative pain,and prevent incision bleeding.
