二维超声联合三维彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫占位性病变的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨二维超声联合三维彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫占位性病变的临床价值。方法抽取2021年4月至2023年4月濮阳市妇幼保健院收治的子宫占位性病变患者125例,均行二维超声、三维超声诊断。比较二维超声、三维彩色多普勒超声单独及联合诊断子宫占位性病变的准确率,并比较其对子宫内膜癌分期、宫颈癌分期的诊断符合率。结果二维超声联合三维彩色多普勒超声对不同类型子宫占位性病变诊断准确率(98.40%,123/125)高于二维超声单独诊断(88.80%,111/125)及三维彩色多普勒超声单独诊断(91.20%,114/125),P<0.05。二维超声联合三维彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌分期与病理结果一致性高于二维超声单独诊断及三维彩色多普勒超声单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合三维彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫占位性病变价值确切,可有效确认病变类型,并能准确判断子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌分期,利于指导临床早期诊疗。Objective To investingate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine space-occupying lesions.Methods A total of 125 patients with uterine space-occupying lesions admitted to Puyang Maternity and Child Care Centers from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and all of them underwent two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography examinations for diagnosis.The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography alone,three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography alone and combination of the two examination methods in diagnosing uterine space-occupying lesions were compared.And their coincidence rate in diagnosis of endometrial cancer stage and uterine cervical cancer stage were compared.Results The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing uterine space-occupying lesions of different types(98.40%,123/125)was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasonography alone(88.80%,111/125)and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography alone(91.20%,114/125),P<0.05.The consistency of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography with pathological results in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer stage and uterine cervical cancer stage were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography alone and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography alone(P<0.05).Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography is of definite value in diagnosing uterine space-occupying lesions.It can effectively confirm the type of lesions and accurately determine the stage of endometrial cancer and uterine cervical cancer,which is beneficial to guide early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
