附睾睾丸结核并双侧肾上腺结核1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：患者,男,30岁,2022年2月以“阴囊肿痛伴体质量下降1月”为主诉就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院,影像学检查提示附睾肿瘤并双侧肾上腺转移可能。经肾上腺穿刺及手术,病理结果证实为附睾、睾丸结核并双侧肾上腺结核。术后规范抗结核治疗6个月,随访至今未见复发。An 30-years-old man was admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in February 2022 with the complaint of"scrotal swelling and pain with weight loss for one month".CT showed epididymal tumor with bilateral adrenal metastasis.The pathological examination confirmed epididymal and testicular tuberculosis with bilateral adrenal tuberculosis after surgical treatment and adrenal puncture.Regular anti-tuberculosis treatment was performed for 6 months after operation,and no recurrence was observed at follow-up.
