摘 要:目的探讨成年人不同空腹血脂水平受试者餐后血脂水平的动态变化。方法测定不同空腹血脂水平受试者空腹甘油三酯(FTG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及餐后2、4、6、8 h TG水平。结果FTG<1.7 mmol/L组餐后甘油三脂(PTG)在餐后4 h达到峰值,餐后甘油三脂血症(HPTG)患病率为10.0%;1.7 mmol/L≤FTG<2.3 mmol/L组PTG在餐后4 h达到峰值,HPTG患病率为76.7%;FTG≥2.3 mmol/L组PTG在餐后6 h达到峰值,HPTG患病率为100%。结论TG在餐后4 h达到高水平,是检测PTG的时间切点,对于空腹TG水平在边缘升高和升高状态时,PTG绝大部分都是增高的,这类人群应采取必要的方式降低PTG水平。Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of postprandial lipid levels in subjects with different fasting lipid levels in adults.Methods The fasting concentrations of triglyceride(FTG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured under fasting condition and the concentration of triglyceride(TG)was measured 2,4,6,8 hours after after meal.Results In the FTG<1.7 mmol/L group,postprandial triglyceride(PTG)reached its peak at 4 h after meal,and the prevalence of postprandial triglyceridemia(HPTG)was 10.0%;In the group of 1.7 mmol/L≤FTG<2.3 mmol/L,PTG reached its peak at 4 h after meal,and the prevalence of HPTG was 76.7%;In the group with FTG≥2.3 mmol/L,PTG peaked at 6 h after meal,and the prevalence of HPTG was 100%.Conclusion 4 hours after the experimental meal is the cut-off point for detecting PTG;the vast majority of PTG is elevated,and necessary measures should be taken to reduce PTG levels in the population when people′s fasting TG levels are at the edge and elevated.
