补肾健脾法治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病常见并发症,临床证型复杂,以脾肾亏虚型较为常见。中医学治疗DKD具有一定优势,其中补肾健脾法在改善DKD患者临床症状、减少蛋白尿排泄、延缓肾损害等方面效果显著。该文基于中医补肾健脾法从DKD的病因病机、临床治疗、实验研究方面进行综述,探讨其可能的作用机制。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common complication of diabetes mellitus,and the clinical syndrome types are complex,in which spleen and kidney deficiency is the common type.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of DKD,among which the method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen is effective in improving the clinical symptoms,reducing the excretion of proteinuria,and delaying the kidney damage in patients with DKD.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen,this paper reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical treatment and experimental research of DKD,and discusses its possible mechanism of action.
