摘　　要：目的:探讨氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2022年1月常州市金坛第一人民医院收治的老年高血压患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压水平、不良反应发生情况、生活质量、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044 3)。治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009 8)。结论:氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的临床效果显著,能够降低患者血压水平,改善患者生活质量,提高其满意度,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartan in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the Changzhou Jintan First People′s Hospital from November 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,blood pressure level,occurrence of adverse reactions,quality of life,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0443).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0098).Conclusion:Hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartan has significant clinical effects in the treatment of senile hypertension,and can reduce the blood pressure levels,improve the quali
