射频消融治疗三尖瓣环游离壁起源室性心律失常的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频消融治疗三尖瓣环游离壁起源室性心律失常的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月北京市昌平区医院收治的84例三尖瓣环游离壁起源室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组实施射频消融治疗。比较两组临床疗效、乏力消退时间、心悸消退时间、住院时间、QRS波时限。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组乏力消退时间、心悸消退时间、住院时间、QRS波时限短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:射频消融治疗三尖瓣环游离壁起源室性心律失常的效果较好,可促进患者康复,缩短住院时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia originating from tricuspid annulus free wall.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ventricular arrhythmia originating from tricuspid annulus free wall in Beijing Changping Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug therapy and the observation group received radiofrequency ablation.The treatment effects,the fatigue regression time,the palpitation regression time,length of hospital stay,and the duration of QRS wave were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The fatigue regression time,the palpitation regression time,length of hospital stay,and the duration of QRS wave in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation is effective in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia originating from tricuspid annulus free wall,and can promote the recovery of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
