当归拈痛汤联合常规西药治疗老年痛风的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归拈痛汤联合常规西药治疗老年痛风的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2021年5月襄阳市中医医院收治的老年痛风患者99例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用当归拈痛汤治疗。比较两组症状评分、治疗效果、实验室指标。结果:治疗后,观察组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节灼热、关节压痛、晨僵评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血尿酸、C反应蛋白以及红细胞沉降率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归拈痛汤联合常规西药治疗老年痛风的临床效果理想,能够缓解患者临床症状,改善实验室指标。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Niantong Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of senile gout.Methods:A total of 99 elderly patients with gout who received treatment in Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Niantong Decoction on the basis of control group.Symptom score,therapeutic effect and laboratory indicators of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint swelling,joint burning,joint tenderness and morning stiffness in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum uric acid,Creactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of Danggui Niantong Decoction combined with western medicine is ideal in treatment of senile gout,and can relieve clinical symptoms and improve laboratory indicators.
