心理护理在口腔种植术患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析心理护理在口腔种植术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—10月于中山市人民医院口腔分院种植修复中心行口腔种植术的患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,研究组社会功能、生理功能、情感职能、精神功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031 6)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011 3)。护理后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。结论:心理护理在口腔种植术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者不良情绪,降低疼痛程度与并发症发生率,提升生活质量与护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with oral implant.Meth⁃ods:A total of 60 patients who underwent oral implant in the Zhongshan City Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to Octo⁃ber 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to the ran⁃dom number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received psychological nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of social function,physiological function,emotional function and mental function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.0001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0316).The total satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0113).Af⁃ter nursing,the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.0001).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing oral implant has a sig⁃nificant effect,which can improve patients′bad mood,reduce pain and complication rate,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
