分娩镇痛配合体位护理在产妇分娩中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析分娩镇痛配合体位护理在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年9月绵阳市中心医院收治的60例产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组均接受分娩镇痛处理,对照组行常规护理,观察组行体位护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,分娩控制感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组镇痛总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:分娩镇痛配合体位护理在产妇分娩中的应用效果显著,可缩短产程,减少产后出血量,增强分娩控制感,提升镇痛效果,保障母婴生命安全。Objective:To analyze the application effect of labor analgesia+posture nursing in parturient delivery.Methods:Sixty pregnant women admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,,with 30 women in each group.Both groups received labor analgesic treatment.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received posture nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of the first,second,and third stages of labor and total labor duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of postpartum bleeding in the ob⁃servation group was less than that in the control group,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of labor control scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The applica⁃tion of labor analgesia combined with posture nursing in parturient delivery has a significant effect,which can shorten the labor process,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,enhance the sense of labor control,improve the analgesic effect,and ensure the life safety of mothers and infants.
