摘　　要：目的:调查宁夏回族自治区孕妇自由体位分娩认知现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2021年9月—2022年5月宁夏回族自治区26所医院收治的孕妇1 014例作为研究对象,均给予一般资料问卷、孕妇自由体位分娩知信行简易问卷开展调查,分析测试结果,总结宁夏回族自治区孕妇自由体位分娩认知的独立影响因素。结果:1 014例孕妇自由体位分娩知信行简易问卷总分(39.95±7.25)分,各维度评分由高到低依次为信念维度(17.73±2.77)分,行为维度(13.00±2.79)分,知识维度(9.22±3.78)分。文化程度、工作性质、个人月收入、非自然分娩经历、再次分娩意愿、有无医疗保险孕妇自由体位分娩知信行简易问卷总分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:宁夏回族自治区孕妇自由体位分娩知信行总体水平偏低,文化程度、工作性质、个人月收入、非自然分娩经历、再次分娩意愿、有无医疗保险是孕妇自由体位分娩知信行简易问卷总分的独立影响因素。Objective:To investigate the current situation of pregnant women′s cognition of free position delivery in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 1014 pregnant women admitted to 26 hospitals in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from September 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method.All the subjects were surveyed using general information questionnaire and the simple questionnaire of knowledge,attitude/belief,practice of pregnant women for free position delivery.The test results were analyzed,and independent influencing factors of pregnant women′s cognition of free position delivery in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were summarized.Results:The total score of simple questionnaire of knowledge,attitude/belief,practice of 1014 pregnant women for free position delivery was(39.95±7.25)points,and the scores of each dimension were(17.73±2.77)points for attitude/belief dimension,(13.00±2.79)points for behavior dimension,and(9.22±3.78)points for knowledge dimension in the descending order.Education level,nature of work,personal monthly income,unnatural delivery experience,willingness to second delivery,and medical insurance were the independent influencing factors for the total score of simple questionnaire of knowledge,attitude/belief,practice of pregnant women for free position delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of knowledge,attitude/belief,practice of pregnant women for free position delivery in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is low,and the education level,nature of work,personal monthly income,unnatural delivery experience,willingness to second delivery,and medical insurance are the independent influencing factors for the total score of simple questionnaire of knowledge,attitude/belief,practice of pregnant women for free position delivery.
