中医外治法缓解接受体外受精联合胚胎移植技术的不孕症患者心理压力的研究进展

摘　　要：体外受精联合胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)是治疗不孕症的常用方法之一,但成功率受到患者不良情绪的影响。中医外治疗法通过耳穴疗法、针灸疗法及穴位贴敷等特色疗法辅助IVF-ET治疗,能提高IVF-ET成功率,缓解不孕症患者焦虑状态,有助于提高妊娠率。该对中医外治法缓解IVF-ET患者心理压力的机制及效果进行综述。In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)is one of the common methods to treat infertility,but its success rate is affected by the adverse emotions of patients.Through auricular acupoint therapy,acupuncture therapy and acupoint application,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine assists IVF-ET treatment,which can increase the success rate of IVF-ET,ameliorate the anxiety state of IVF-ET patients and help to increase the pregnancy rate.This article reviews the mechanism and effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on relieving psychological stress of IVF-ET patients.
