胎头旋转法治疗枕后位难产的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胎头旋转法治疗枕后位难产的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年6月邹城市人民医院收治的164例枕后位难产产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各82例。对照组接受常规自然旋转法治疗,研究组接受胎头旋转法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。研究组顺产率高于对照组,产后出血率、产伤率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:枕后位难产治疗过程中应用胎头旋转法的效果显著,可以提高顺产率、新生儿Apgar评分,降低产后出血率、产伤率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fetal head rotation in the treatment of occiput posterior dystocia.Methods:A total of 164 women with occiput posterior dystocia admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group received conventional natural rotation method,and the study group received fetal head rotation method.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).The rate of spontaneous delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and birth injury in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal status in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:In the treatment of occiput posterior dystocia,the application of fetal head rotation has a significant effect,and can increase the rate of spontaneous delivery and the neonatal Apgar score,and reduce the rate of postpartum bleeding and birth injury.
