摘　　要：目的:探讨揿针联合耳穴埋豆缓解内镜下肠息肉切除术后腹部胀痛的效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月于镇江市中医院行内镜下肠息肉切除术的患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施耳穴埋豆、揿针。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肠道首次排气时间、术后持续腹痛时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:揿针联合耳穴埋豆缓解内镜下肠息肉切除术后腹部胀痛的效果显著,可缩短肠道恢复时间,减轻疼痛程度,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of pressing needle combined with ear point embedding bean in relieving abdominal distending pain after endoscopic intestinal polypectomy.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent endoscopic intestinal polypectomy at Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received ear point embedding bean and pressing needle on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects in two groups of patients were compared.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first bowel exhaust,and the duration of postoperative abdominal pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:The combination of pressing needle and ear point embedding bean has a significant effect on relieving abdominal distending pain after endoscopic intestinal polypectomy,and can shorten the time of intestinal recovery,relieve the degree of pain,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
