摘  要:目的:分析流式细胞术(FCM)联合血红蛋白电泳法(HBE)在孕妇胎母输血检测中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月解放军96605部队医院收治的60例疑似胎母输血综合征(FMH)患者作为研究对象。采集患者外周血,予以HBE、FCM、酸洗脱实验(KBT)检测,以KBT检测作为本研究结果的标准分析HBE联合FCM检测FMH的准确性与敏感性。结果:60例疑似FMH的孕妇中2例确诊,FCM联合HBE检测准确率为96.67%(58/60),敏感性为100.00%(2/2)。结论:FMH检测中使用FCM联合HBE检测具有较高的价值,对于胎儿出血量予以动态监测,能够为医务人员准确判断疾病、评估、严重程度及制定针对性治疗方案提供有效参考。Objective:To analyze the application value of flow cytometry(FCM)combined with hemoglobin electrophoresis(HBE)in the detection of fetomaternal hemorrhage in pregnant women.Methods:A total of 60 pregnant women with suspected fetomaternal hemorrhage(FMH)who underwent diagnosis and treatment in PLA 96605 Unit Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Peripheral blood was collected from patients and tested using HBE,FCM,and Kleihauer-Betke test(KBT).The accuracy and sensitivity of HBE combined with FCM in the detection of FMH were analyzed by using KBT detection as the standard for the results of this study.Results:Among the 60 pregnant women with suspected FMH,2 cases had a confirmed diagnosis,and the accuracy and sensitivity of FCM combined with HBE detection were 96.67%(58/60)and 100.00%(2/2),respectively.Conclusion:The use of FCM combined with HBE detection in FMH detection has high application value,and dynamic monitoring of fetal bleeding can provide effective reference for medical personnel to accurately determine the disease,evaluate the severity and formulate targeted treatment plans.
