摘　　要：目的:观察阶段式康复护理在颅脑外伤手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年5月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院行颅脑外伤手术患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受阶段式康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。护理后,两组神经功能缺损评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,上肢、下肢肢体功能评估量表评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生理、躯体、情感、社会评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式康复护理在颅脑外伤手术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,改善神经功能、肢体功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the application effect of stage rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing craniocerebral trauma surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who received craniocerebral trauma surgery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received stage rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).After nursing,the scores of neurological deficit in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,while the scores of the upper and lower limb function assessment scales in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological,somatic,emotional,and social scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stage rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing craniocerebral trauma surgery has a significant effect,which can improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve neurological function and limb function,and improve the quality of life.
