摘　　要：目的:探讨外科康复护理在骨科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月于盐城市射阳县人民医院行骨科手术的患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施外科康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组卧床时间、下床锻炼时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不同时间关节功能评分比较,术后6个月>术后3个月>术后1个月,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。护理后,两组生活质量各项指标评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科康复护理在骨科手术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可缩短恢复时间,促进关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of surgical rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who received orthopedic surgery in Yancheng City Sheyang County People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given surgical rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The time of bed lying,time of exercise,time of fracture healing and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The joint function scores in the two groups at different time points were compared and ranked as follows:postoperative 6 months>postoperative 3 months>postoperative 1 month,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).After nursing,the scores of quality of life indicators in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of surgical rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of orthopedic surgery patients has a significant effect,which can shorten the recovery time,promote the recovery of joint function,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life.
