综合性体位护理在长时间侧卧位手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析综合性体位护理在长时间侧卧位手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年1月于徐州市中医院行长时间侧卧位手术的患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规手术体位护理,观察组实施综合性体位护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组颈肩痛、情绪紧张、上肢麻木、下肢麻木发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,压疮面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:综合性体位护理在长时间侧卧位手术中的应用效果显著,可提高患者舒适度,降低压疮发生率,提升护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive posture nursing in long-term lateral decubitus surgery.Methods:A total of 78 patients who received long-term lateral decubitus surgery in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected a the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine surgical posture nursing and the observation group implemented comprehensive posture nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the physiological,psychological,socio-cultural and environmental scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidences of neck and shoulder pain,emotional tension,upper limb numbness and lower limb numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the area of pressure ulcer in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The comprehensive posture nursing has a significant application effect in long-term lateral decubitus surgery,and can improve the comfort of patients,reduce the incidence of pressure sore,and improve nursing satisfaction.
