东城区社区卫生服务中心台基厂卫生站中药饮片及中药配方颗粒应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析北京市东城区社区卫生服务中心台基厂卫生站(简称台基厂卫生站)中药饮片及中药配方颗粒的应用情况。方法:回顾性分析台基厂卫生站2020年、2021年全年中药饮片及中药配方颗粒的信息数据,比较两种剂型的处方量、治疗病种、经济效益。结果:台基厂卫生站2020年中药处方总数2 591张,2021年中药处方总数3 045张;治疗病种主要为冠心病、糖尿病、荨麻疹、骨关节病。2021年中药饮片处方增长率为1.80%,中药配方颗粒处方增长率为59.49%。治疗冠心病、糖尿病、荨麻疹、骨关节病的中药配方颗粒处方增长率高于中药饮片。2021年中药饮片处方金额增长率为14.19%,中药配方颗粒处方金额增长率为99.45%。结论:2021年台基厂卫生站中药饮片、中药配方颗粒处方量及经济效益较2020年均有所增长,其中中药配方颗粒增长率高于中药饮片。Objective:To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at Dongcheng District Community Health Service Center Taiji Factory Health Station(referred to as Taiji Factory Health Station).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the information data of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at Taiji Factory Health Station in 2020 and 2021.The prescription quantity,type of diseases to be treated and economic benefits of the two formulations were compared.Results:The total number of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions at Taiji Factory Health Station in 2020 was 2591,and the total number of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in 2021 was 3045;The main type of diseases to be treated were coronary heart disease,diabetes,urticaria and osteoarthropathy.In 2021,the prescription growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces was 1.80%,and the prescription growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules was 59.49%.The prescription growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in treating coronary heart disease,diabetes,urticaria,and osteoarthropathy was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.In 2021,the prescription amount growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces was 14.19%,and the prescription amount growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules was 99.45%.Conclusion:The prescription quantity and economic benefits of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at Taiji Factory Health Station in 2021 increase compared with those in 2020,and the growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules is higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
