个性化护理方式联合传统心脏康复护理方式对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏康复预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理方式联合传统心脏康复护理方式对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏康复的预后影响。方法:选取2020年3月~2021年9月于江门五邑中医院住院的慢性心力衰竭患者86例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组予传统心脏康复护理干预,观察组予传统心脏康复护理方式和个性化护理方式,观察两组患者干预前、后的B型钠尿肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验、明尼苏达生存质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:干预前两组LVEF值、BNP水平和CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组LVEF值显著高于对照组,BNP水平和CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的明尼苏达生存质量评分和6 min步行试验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组明尼苏达生存质量评分显著低于对照组,6 min步行试验距离显著长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度97.67%高于对照组的86.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传统心脏康复护理方式的基础上联合使用个性化护理方式能够显著提高患者心脏功能,改善患者的生活质量,提升护理满意度,为临床上对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏康复提供了新的方向。Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing combined with traditional cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.Method 86 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalized in our hospital March,2020 to September,2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and there are 43 cases in each group.The control group received traditional cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional cardiac rehabilitation nursing and personalized nursing.The levels of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),C-reactive protein(CRP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walking test,Minnesota quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were observed before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in LVEF,BNP and CRP between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the LVEF value of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the BNP level and CRP level were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Minnesota quality of life score and 6-min walking test between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Minnesota quality of life score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the 6-min walking test distance of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 86.04%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional cardiac rehabilitation nursing,the combined use of personalized nursing can significantly improve patients'cardiac function,improve patients'quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.It provides a new direction for clinical cardiac rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure.
