摘　　要：目的探讨可视吸引流产手术与传统人工流产手术在安全性、手术时间、出血量、疼痛程度方面的效果。方法选取90例孕早期要求终止妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法分为可视吸引流产手术组(试验组)和传统人工流产手术组(对照组),各45例。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛评分分别为(8.0±2.2)min、(10.0±4.3)ml、(5.0±1.5)分,对照组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛评分分别为(12.0±2.8)min、(30.0±7.2)ml、(7.0±2.0)分,试验组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视吸引流产手术在安全性、手术时间、出血量、疼痛程度方面均优于传统人工流产手术,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of visual attraction abortion and traditional abortion in terms of safety,operation time,blood loss and pain degree.Methods 90 patients requiring termination of pregnancy in the frst trimester were selected and divided into visual attraction abortion operation group(experimental group)and traditional induced abortion operation group(control group)according to random number table method,45 cases each.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain scores of experimental group were(8.0±2.2)min,(10.0±4.3)ml and(5.0±1.5)min,respectively.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score of the control group were(12.0±2.8)min,(30.0±7.2)ml and(7.0±2.0)min,respectively.The operative time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual attraction abortion is superior to traditional abortion in terms of safety,operation time,blood loss and pain degree,and has clinical application value.
