宫颈锥切术后应用金扶宁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析金扶宁(外用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子凝胶)在宫颈锥切术后创口修复中的应用价值。方法选取82例接受宫颈锥切术治疗的患者,将其按照入院顺序等分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例。对照组单纯行宫颈锥切术治疗,治疗组在宫颈锥切术后予以金扶宁干预。对比两组临床效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者阴道排液时间、出血时间以及创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者白细胞(WBC)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者WBC、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在患者宫颈锥切术后予以金扶宁干预能够在更短时间内提升创面愈合效果,促使患者尽快康复,效果确切。Objective To analyze the application value of Jinfuning(external recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor gel)in wound repair after cervical conectomy.Methods 82 patients undergoing cervical conectomy were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of admission,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical coning alone,and the treatment group was treated with Jinfuning after cervical coning.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.95%(P<0.05).Vaginal drainage time,bleeding time and wound healing time in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of white blood cell(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,WBC and CRP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinfuning intervention after cervical conectomy can improve the wound healing effect in a shorter time,and promote patients to recover as soon as possible.
