保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈HPV感染联用保妇康栓、重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗的效果。方法选择宫颈HPV感染患者160例,以随机数字表法分组。对照组80例予以重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,研究组再加保妇康栓治疗。对比临床效果。结果研究组总有效率91.25%,高于对照组的76.25%(P<0.05)。6个月后研究组HPV转阴率、复发率均低于对照组(77.50%VS53.75%、6.25%VS21.25%,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,研究组与对照组分别为17.50%、13.75%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈HPV感染患者采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗可显著提升临床效果,促进HPV转阴并降低疾病复发,且不会显著增加药物的不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule in patients with cervical HPV infection.Methods 160 cervical HPV infected patients were selected and grouped by random numbers.In the control group,80 patients were treated with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal inervescent capsules,and the study group was treated with combined recombinant human interferon a2b vaginal inervescent capsules.The clinical effect,HPV conversion rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.25%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.25%,P<0.05).After 6 months,the negative conversion rate and recurrence rate of HPV in the study group were lower than those in the control group(77.50%VS 53.75%,6.25%VS 21.25%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 17.50%and 13.75%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule in patients with cervical HPV infection can significantly improve the clinical effect,promote HPV conversion and reduce the disease recurrence,and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions of drugs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
