探究血清HCG与孕酮水平检验在早期先兆流产中的临床诊断意义

摘　　要：目的探析血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与孕酮(P)水平检验对早期先兆流产的临床诊断意义。方法选取60例早期先兆流产患者为研究组;另选取同期60名孕检正常孕妇作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清HCG和孕酮水平,并评估血清HCG、孕酮水平及二者联合的诊断效能。结果研究组孕5周、孕7周、孕10周血清HCG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组孕5周、孕7周、孕10周孕酮水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。二者联合诊断的敏感度、准确率、阴性预测值均高于血清HCG、孕酮诊断,特异度、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期先兆流产患者的血清HCG和孕酮水平明显低于正常孕妇,且二者联合诊断效能较高。Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and progesterone(P)levels in early threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with early threatened abortion were selected as the study group.Another 60 pregnant women with normal pregnancy test were selected as the control group.Serum HCG and progesterone levels were detected and compared between the two groups,and the serum HCG and progesterone levels and their combined diagnostic efficacy were evaluated.Results Serum HCG levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 5 weeks,7 weeks and 10 weeks of pregnancy(P<0.05).The levels of progesterone at 5 weeks,7 weeks and 10 weeks of gestation in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of the combined diagnosis were higher than those of serum HCG and progesterone,but there was no significant difference in specificity and positive predictive value(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of HCG and progesterone in patients with early threatened abortion were significantly lower than those in normal pregnant women,and the combined diagnosis efficiency was higher.
