改良式早期预警评分法在产科危重症早期识别及护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察在产科危重症患者护理中实施改良式早期预警评分法的应用效果。方法选取40例产科危重症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用改良式早期预警评分法),各20例。比较两组应用效果。结果观察组产科急性事件发生率10.00%低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间及住院时间均短于对照组,心率、呼吸、收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的意识状态不清醒、血氧饱和度<90%、转重症监护室(ICU)发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科危重症患者早期识别及护理中实施改良式早期预警评分法,可明显降低产科急性事件发生率,护理效果显著,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of the improved early warning score in the nursing of critically ill obstetric patients.Methods 40 critically ill obstetric patients were selected and divided into control group(using routine nursing)and observation group(using improved early warning scoring method)according to random number table,with 20 cases each.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of obstetric acute events in the observation group was 10.00%lower than that in the control group 40.00%(P<0.05).The treatment time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the heart rate,respiration,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of unconsciousness,oxygen saturation<90%and ICU transfer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early identification and nursing of obstetric critically ill patients,the improved early warning scoring method can significantly reduce the incidence of obstetric acute events,and the nursing effect is remarkable,which has clinical popularization value.
