人文关怀护理在改善早期先兆流产孕妇心理状态中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀护理在改善早期先兆流产孕妇心理状态中的应用效果。方法选取100名早期先兆流产孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50名。对照组运用常规护理,观察组运用人文关怀护理。比较两组孕妇护理后的护理质量、焦虑情绪及依从性。结果观察组服务态度、健康知识、心理状态、康复训练评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、治疗依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS评分(32.31±0.51)分低于对照组的(44.43±0.12)分,治疗依从性评分(98.41±1.12)分高于对照组的(87.21±1.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期先兆流产孕妇采用人文关怀护理,可减轻孕妇焦虑情绪,提升治疗依从性,有助于提高护理质量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care in improving the psychological state of pregnant women with early threatened abortion.Methods 1oo pregnant women with early threatened abortion were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method,with 5o in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with humanistic nursing.The quality of nursing care,anxiety and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of service attitude,health knowledge,psychological status and rehabilitation training in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and treatment compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score of observation group(32.310.51)points was lower than that of control group(44.43±0.12)points,and treatment compliance score(98.41±1.12)points was higher than that of control group(87.21±1.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for pregnant women with early threatened abortion can reduce anxiety,improve treatment compliance,and help improve nursing quality,which has clinical popularization value.
