摘  要:现阶段,如何对住院患者及陪护人员进行系统、高效、规范的管理一直是医院特别关注的问题。本文主要介绍了医院利用信息化手段,引入智能住院通行系统应用于住院服务中心及住院病区,系统上线后,基于业务流程再造理论,成立流程再造小组,结合半结构访谈,构建了住院部人员智能通行管理流程。住院部智能通行管理流程图清晰易懂,责任划分清晰,操作简便易行,实现了对住院患者及陪护人员出入院管理、出入病区管控及陪护信息分析的全流程管理,同时可满足各个时期医院不同的陪护政策需求,为各医院进行患者相关人群在院精准动态管理提供了重要参考。At this stage,how to carry out systematic,efficient and standardized management of inpatients and caregivers has always been a special concern of the hospital.This paper mainly introduces the hospital's use of information technology to introduce intelligent inpatient access system for inpatient service centers and inpatient wards.After the system is online,based on the theory of business process reengineering,a process reengineering group is established,and combined with semi-structured interviews,the intelligent traffic management process for personnel of inpatient department is constructed.The flow chart of intelligent traffic management in the inpatient department is clear and easy to understand,the division of responsibilities is clear,and the operation is simple and easy.It realizes the whole process management of the admission and discharge management of inpatients and caregivers,the control of admission and discharge ward and the analysis of accompanying information.At the same time,it can meet the needs of different accompanying policies in hospitals in different periods,and provide an important reference for hospitals to carry out accurate and dynamic management of patient-related groups in hospitals.
