摘　　要：目的研究基于网络平台的追踪延伸护理在儿科川崎病患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月在我院诊治的60例川崎病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各组30例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予基于网络平台的追踪延伸护理干预,比较两组疾病健康知识水平、并发症发生率、家属护理满意度、家庭功能评分、生活质量。结果两组护理后健康知识评分均高于护理前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组家属护理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05);干预组护理后家庭功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后生活质量水平高于护理前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的追踪延伸护理在儿科川崎病患儿护理中应用效果良好,可提高家属护理满意度、生活质量水平,提升患儿健康知识水平,预防并发症。Objective To study the application effect of tracking extended nursing based on network platform in children with Kawasaki disease in pediatrics department.Methods A total of 60 children with Kawasaki disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 30 children in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given tracking extended nursing intervention based on network platform on the basis of the control group.The disease health knowledge level,complication rate,family nursing satisfaction,family function score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the intervention group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The family function score of the intervention group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of tracking extended nursing based on network platform in the nursing of children with Kawasaki disease in pediatrics department is good,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of family members,improve the health knowledge level of children,and prevent complications.
