甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗对异位妊娠患者血清β-HCG及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠(EP)予以甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合方案对其血清β-HCG及并发症的影响效果。方法:选择符合保守治疗条件的EP患者78例进行研究,双色球法分为2组,包括对照组(甲氨蝶呤治疗,n=39)与观察组(甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮治疗,n=39),于2017年6月—2021年6月收治。对比效果。结果:观察组治愈率更高,并发症率更低,时间指标更少,与对照组差异明显(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清β-HCG无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后1周、2周、4周,观察组更低,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组孕酮与包块直径无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组孕酮与包块直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与甲氨蝶呤治疗EP比较,联合米非司酮方案,可提高疗效,且更好地促进血清β-hCG、孕酮水平下降,同时促进包块直径减小,但不会明显增加并发症风险,即疗效可靠,安全性好,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined methotrexate and mifepristone regimen on serumβ-HCG and complications in ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:Seventy-eight patients with EP were divided into two groups by two-color ball method,including control group(methotrexate treatment,n=39)and observation group(methotrexate+mifepristone treatment,n=39),admitted in June 2017—2021 June.Contrast effect.Results:The cure rate was higher,the complication rate was lower and the time index was less in the observation group,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serumβ-HCG between the two groups(P>0.05),but the serumβ-HCG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the diameter of progesterone and mass between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the diameter of progesterone and mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with methotrexate in EP treatment,combined mifepristone regimen can improve the efficacy,and better promote the reduction of serumβ-HCG and progesterone levels,while promoting the reduction of lump diameter,but does not significantly increase the risk of complications,that is,the efficacy is reliable,good safety,and worthy of application.
