摘  要:目的通过使用中医传承平台V3.0系统,对中医药治疗筋瘤的组方进行分析,挖掘其用药规律;并借助网络药理学预测核心组方的潜在作用机制。方法收集上海市中西医结合医院2021年6月至12月中医临床诊断为筋瘤的499张中药饮片处方建立数据库,运用中医传承平台V3.0的统计分析中的四气五味分析、药物频次分析以及规则分析等功能对中药治疗筋瘤的组方用药规律进行分析;并利用网络药理学获取核心组方的活性成分,与疾病靶点构建“成分-疾病-靶点”网络图,构建蛋白互作网络并筛选核心靶点,进行基因本体(GO)功能富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)。结果经过数据挖掘发现499张处方中共涉及269味中药。其中使用频次较高的为甘草、赤芍、牡丹皮、黄芪、生地黄等中药;药物功效以清热类为主;寒性药、苦味药以及归肝经的中药使用频次较高。得到核心组方角药赤芍-牡丹皮-生地黄。网络药理学部分,从核心组方中筛选得到共47个活性成分,共作用于494个靶点,与下肢静脉曲张疾病相交靶点121个,并通过癌症相关信号通路AGE-RAGE、HIF1、PI3k-Akt等信号通路起效。结论通过中医传承平台系统,较好地挖掘了门诊关于筋瘤的中医药治疗用药规律,临床治疗以清热凉血为主,辅以扶正祛邪,符合中医治疗筋瘤的理论基础,核心组方可通过多成分多靶点作用的途径进行干预,为新药的研发以及中医药的传承提供了理论基础。Objective To analyze the formulas of Chinese medicine for the treatment of fascial tumors,to excavate their medication patterns by applying the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system V3.0;and to predict the potential mechanism of action of the core formulas with the help of cyberpharmacology.Methods A total of 499 prescriptions of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,diagnosed as Nular Varicosity from June 2021 to December 2021 in Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Hospital,were randomly collected to estab-lish a comprehensive database.The medication rule for the treatment of Nular Varicosity was analyzed by func-tions such as statistical analysis,four properties and five tastes analysis,medication occurrence analysis and clus-ter analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system V3.0.We also used the network phar-macology to obtain the active ingredients of the core prescriptions and construct a“component-disease-target”net-work diagram with the disease targets to construct a protein interactions network and screen the core targets for GO and KEGG enrichment analyses.Results In term of data mining,a total of 269 herbs were identified in 499 prescriptions.High frequency herbs include Glycyrrhizae RadixetRhizoma,Paeoniae RadixRubra,Moutan Cortex,Astragali Radix and Rehmanniae Radix,among others.The effects of these herbs primarily centered around heat-clearing,cold nature,and bitterness.Further-more,herbs with affinity for the liver channel were frequently used.An analysis was conducted on the core drug combi-nation,which revealed the inclusion of Paeoniae RadixRubra,Moutan Cortex,and Rehmanniae Radix.In the part of network pharmacology,a total of 47 active ingredients were screened from the core formula,which acted on a total of 494 targets,121 targets intersecting with varicose vein diseases of the lower limbs,and took effect through the cancer-related signaling pathways,such as AGE-RAGE,HIF1,PI3k-Akt,and other signaling path-ways.Conclusion The traditional Chi
