摘  要:研究光甘草定/阿魏酸/根皮素经皮共输送纳米乳(光草素)的经皮渗透和美白功效。经皮渗透研究表明,与游离成分比较,经纳米乳包裹后的光草素具有良好的皮肤透过性及皮肤储留能力。细胞功效研究结果表明,与游离成分组比较,光草素能显著抑制酪氨酸酶活性,显著减少黑色素生成。3D黑素皮肤模型研究结果显示,与阴性对照相比,光草素能够显著提高表观色度,提升黑素模型的L*值,降低黑素模型黑素含量,效果与阳性对照曲酸相当。光草素作为新型美白功效原料具有良好的应用前景。The transdermal penetration and whitening efficacy of transdermal co-delivery nanoemulsions of glabridin/ferulic acid/phloretin were investigated.The transdermal penetration studies showed that,the active ingredients delivered via nanoemulsion exhibited good skin permeability and skin retention compared with the free components.The results of cellular efficacy studies showed that,the active ingredients delivered via nanoemulsion significantly inhibited tyrosinase activity and significantly reduced melanin production compared with the free components.3D melanin skin model studies showed that,compared with the negative control,the active ingredients delivered via nanoemulsion could significantly improve the apparent color tone,enhance the L*value of the melanin model and reduce the melanin content.These active ingredients delivered via nanoemulsion had good application prospect as a novel raw material with whitening efficacy.
